The company Torrecereña de Construcción came into being in 2003 as a family business, specialising in construction work. Later, due to its growth and strengthening in the market, it has diversified its offer and it performs all kinds of work, such as construction, renovations, rehabilitation and urban infrastructure. Proof of this is our satisfied customers and our professional track record. We rely on a fleet of specialised vehicles, machinery and tools for every kind of job.

Our speciality in the construction sector is the building, and as part of it, the masonry, continuous cladding, flooring and tiling.

Our facilities of 1200m2 are located in Jerez de la Frontera, specifically in the Edificio Jerez centro de negocios at avenida del Desarrollo nº2, planta 1ª, oficina 3.

As part of the company culture, prevention is a permanent target. Preventive management is duly implemented at all organisational levels of the company. All the workers are duly trained in the risks associated with every work position, as well as those in intermediate and executive positions.

This training has been done and continues to be done, both for newly-hired staff, as well as the staff when there are changes in work positions; and depending on the cases, this training is performed in our locations, and according to each case, if necessary, in the customers’ facilities.

The internal circuits and regulations for the functioning of the business regulate the detection and the ways to solve workplace risks in any of the areas of our activity. In addition to the implementation and monitoring directed by our prevention services, the delegates for prevention and the designated workers act in the control of this management.

The removal of waste caused by the execution of the works, in our different centres, shall be done according to the regulations in force. To do so, we have a contract signed with a waste management company, which commits to the managment of it, from its removal at the worksite, classification and final management into an authorised landfill. The removal of waste is done with containers fit for this purpose.
